In our feedback training, we guide teams step-by-step on how to approach specific situations, how to convey a message clearly and effectively, and what’s needed to exchange valuable insights and strengthen relationships.

Why?
Because feedback is essential, but without the right skills, it’s often used inadequately or ineffectively.

In our training sessions, we emphasize the link between feedback and culture, dedicating as much time as possible to practicing skills in real-life scenarios tailored to your business context and desired culture.
What?
If desired, we conduct the training at your location, preferably in an intensive session of 3 to 4 hours (with 2 trainers, around 8 to 10 participants per session).
