SUMM @ Agency Runners Podcast

Recently, I was invited to join the podcast Agency Runners and tell the story of why and how SUMM started out. Agency Runners podcast is all about what it takes to run an agency and build a strong agency culture. So obviously I told the story of how SUMM started out within an agency (Jungle Minds). Simply because we were looking for ways to support our own needs to build and grow a strong culture in a cross-functional, project-based environment. And have our entire employee experience be based on our specific cultural values.

From day 1, we always had the feeling that this idea could grow beyond our own agency. And so we started SUMM as a separate company. But besides that, we didn't plan ahead that much and just started developing a method + platform that we would love to use ourselves. And there we went :)

It was really cool to look back and share our journey. From being our own first client, onboarding our first batch of beta clients, on to where we are today.
